As Chief Operating Officer, Jessica brings her passion for people and organizational development to our Operations, People, and Marketing teams, helping to set and drive the organizational vision and mission, corporate strategy, and hiring needs of the business.
Jessica has built a career known for crafting innovative talent solutions. Prior to joining Very, she spent over 11 years working with Bloomingdale’s. As their Director of Talent Performance, she aligned performance management criteria with overarching business strategies in addition to functioning as an advisor on evolving organizational design.
Jessica holds an MA in Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Colombia University as well as a B.S. in Psychology from James Madison University.
Jessica’s career has afforded her opportunities to experience a myriad of aspects of the Human Resources discipline – recruitment, talent development, performance, compensation, and being an HR Business Partner. Additionally, moving industries has allowed her to bring a unique perspective to human capitals solutions at Very.
In Jessica’s free time, she enjoys spending time with her son.
