Juan brings his passion for growth and excellence to Very, drawing on a journey that spans various industries, including Automotive, Digital Media, Software, and Tech. His expertise lies in Finance Modeling, Forecasting, Business & Sales Operations, Business Intelligence, Budget Control, Finance Analytics, Corporate Finance, and Finance Strategy. Notably, Juan has played a role in successful Capital Fund raises, contributing to raising over $40M USD at Mitu inc. This experience reflects his proficiency in navigating diverse financial landscapes and his commitment to contributing meaningfully to organizational goals.

Juan holds dual Bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Business Administration from Universidad de Los Andes. He also earned a Master’s in Finance from the same institution.

Juan brings a wealth of industry experience to Very, with a diverse background that includes roles such as Finance & Operations Manager at Zoe Financial, Business Controller at Volvo, and Sales Operations Program Manager at Microsoft. Throughout his 11-year career, he has primarily focused on finance-business partner positions. His expertise extends to working in fast-paced environments, where he excels at building entire departments, business functions, and processes from scratch.

Juan enjoys in serving at Church with his wife, actively participating in Translation and couples ministry with a shared passion for transforming lives. Beyond that, he loves travel and exploring new cuisines, spending time with family and friends, playing (and watching) soccer, reading, cycling, and cooking.
