Rob Carlson

His practical experience extends across several domains, including facilities engineering, with a specialization in cleanroom facilities, process engineering, and new product development. Additionally, Rob has proven acumen in technical sales, showcasing his ability to bridge the gap between technical intricacies and client needs.

Rob holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Boise State University.

With over 14 years of diverse experience, Rob has made significant contributions across a wide range of industries including Electronics Manufacturing, Semiconductor Manufacturing and Development, and Automated Machinery Manufacturing and Development. His achievements include managing multimillion-dollar tool hardware projects, leading cost-saving initiatives, overseeing electro-chemical deposition and photolithography platforms, and ensuring compliance and safety through documentation and hazard analysis.

He has a proven track record of improving workstation reliability, implementing statistical process control, (D|P)FMEA, and designing comprehensive training programs for large teams. Additionally, Rob excels in managing relationships with customers, suppliers, and production partners throughout the product development lifecycle, from internal samples to released consumer products.

In his spare time Rob enjoys the activities the mountain west has to offer; hiking, skiing, mountain biking. When seasons aren’t cooperating, he also enjoys just about anything with wheels or an engine.
